As our Care Manager, you will be the clinical heartbeat of our Atlanta franchise. You’ll take ownership of the full care experience — from the first intake call through ongoing quality assurance and regulatory compliance— while leading and supporting a team of dedicated caregivers. This is an opportunity to step into a role where your expertise truly shapes the organization.

💼 What You’ll Do
• Lead and oversee client care from intake through service delivery
• Ensure high standards of clinical quality and client satisfaction
• Hire, supervise, mentor, and develop caregiving staff
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care
• Drive continuous improvement and uphold best practices in home care

🎯 What We’re Looking For
• RN preferred; LPN considered
• Active Georgia nursing license required
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Passion for relationship-centered, whole-person care
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment
