Schedule: Part-Time | 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM (4-hour shifts)

We Need an Experienced, Compassionate Caregiver!
Qualicare Home Care Services is urgently seeking a dependable, experienced, and compassionate Caregiver or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide hands-on personal care and mobility assistance to a client in their home.
The ideal candidate must have experience assisting clients with transfers between a bed and wheelchair, along with personal hygiene and incontinence care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with transfers from wheelchair to bed and bed to wheelchair
- Provide sponge baths and personal hygiene care
- Change adult briefs and assist with incontinence care
- Assist with dressing, grooming, and daily activities
- Ensure the client's safety, comfort, and dignity
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
- Follow the client's individualized care plan
Qualifications
- Experience assisting clients with bed-to-wheelchair transfers is required
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care, sponge baths, and changing adult briefs
- NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification preferred
- Previous experience assisting clients with limited mobility
- Ability to safely provide one-person transfer assistance consistent with the client's care plan
- Compassionate, patient, reliable, and professional
- Must complete required background and health screenings
