About the Role:
Qualicare Home Care Central NJ is looking for compassionate and dedicated Female Caregivers to join our growing team in Skillman, NJ. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients who need support, comfort, and care in the place they love most — their home. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and light exercise or physical activity
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Assist with medication reminders and appointment scheduling
Requirements:
- Female caregiver candidates as required by client care preferences
- Prior experience in home care, caregiving, or a related healthcare setting preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to pass a background check and provide references
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans
- CNA, HHA, or PCA certification a plus but not required
