About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Administer medication reminders and monitor health conditions as needed.
- Help with meal preparation and nutritional guidance tailored to client needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental stimulation.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in caregiving preferred.
- Experience in personal care or home health care settings is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to clients' homes.
- Compassionate demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility challenges.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
