We are a Private In-HOME Care. We are not a facility. We are seeking a
reliable and compassionate Care/Personal Assistants to support the KC Metro, Suburban and even Rural areas. We have to be ready when the client is ready, so we're always looking ahead to find great people to join our growing team!
Position Requirements:
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and assist with transfers safely
- Strong bedside manner and respectful communication
- Dependable and punctual — reliability is crucial, as this is part of a 24/7 care schedule
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive

Responsibilities:
- Be caring and compassionate toward clients and their caretakers.
- Show up on TIME!
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene, including incontinence briefs etc.
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Accompany clients on outings
- Shopping and errands
- Medication Assist/Reminders
- Ambulation and transporting of clients
- Provide companionship to clients
- Ability to follow care-plan
- Documentation/Charting
Requirements:
- Experience in life with Caregiving or professionally
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must hold a valid Driver's License
- Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers
