๐ฅ What Youโll Do
As the Part-Time Clinical Manager, youโll provide clinical oversight and leadership on a flexible basis. Youโll help support care coordination, compliance, and mentorship to our field staff.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supervising RNs, LVNs, HHAs, and therapists as needed
- Overseeing patient care plan development and execution
- Providing OASIS and coding support for admitting clinicians
- Conducting chart audits (10% of patient census)
- Participating in agency quality assurance efforts and process improvement
- Maintaining documentation standards using WellSky (Kinnser)
- Supporting clinical staff onboarding and orientation
- Participating in on-call rotation on a limited/flexible basis
- Providing direct care in the field only as needed

What Weโre Looking For
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced clinical leader who can thrive in a part-time, leadership-focused role within home health.
Minimum Requirements:
- โ
RN License: Active and in good standing with the California Board of Registered Nursing (Required)
- ๐ Experience: 3+ years clinical experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role (Home health strongly preferred)
- ๐ Knowledge: Working knowledge of California Title 22, Medicare CoPs, and home health regulatory standards
- ๐ฌ Skills: Clear communicator, team-oriented, with strong clinical judgment
- ๐ป Technology: EMR proficiency (WellSky/Kinnser preferred)
- โ๏ธ Availability: Able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule with flexibility for agency needs

- Part-time: Approximately 15โ25 hours/week
- Flexible hours, with ability to work some administrative or audit tasks remotely
- Limited participation in shared on-call coverage (optional or as arranged)
