Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist at Qualicare Home Health is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance community engagement. This role involves social media management, digital marketing, content creation, event coordination, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Develop, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor engagement and analytics, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
- Respond to comments, inquiries, and messages to enhance brand engagement.
- Optimize social media campaigns using best practices and trends.
2. Content Creation & Branding
- Write and design marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, blogs, newsletters, and website content.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Coordinate photography and videography projects to highlight company culture, services, and caregiver stories.
3. Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
- Develop targeted email marketing campaigns for patient referrals and caregiver recruitment.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine ranking and website traffic.
- Assist in the management of PPC advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
4. Community Outreach & Event Coordination
- Plan and coordinate local community events, health fairs, and sponsorships.
- Develop relationships with healthcare providers, community centers, and organizations to drive referrals.
- Represent Qualicare Home Health at networking events and industry conferences.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track marketing campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
- Maintain a marketing dashboard with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Adjust marketing strategies based on analytics and feedback.
6. Collaboration & Internal Communication
- Work closely with recruiters to support caregiver hiring campaigns.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure accurate marketing of services.
- Assist with internal communication efforts to boost employee engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, home health, or a related industry.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
- Strong content writing and graphic design skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with healthcare marketing and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, iMovie, etc.).
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance in marketing.
