Qualicare Homecare is looking for compassionate, caring, and reliable individuals to join our team as Sales and Marketing Coordinators. Our Qualicare location provides home care services focused on delivering our clients the best quality of life and peace of mind for their families.


Job Summary

Reporting to the Administrator, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the agency's business development by networking and connecting with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate sales referrals for home care solutions. The coordinator will manage and oversee sales within a defined geographic area, ensuring consistent and profitable growth in sales revenue through assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating local marketing and business opportunities.


Responsibilities

• Develop a sales and marketing plan

• Plan and create business development opportunities

• Follow the Qualicare sales system to promote its services

• Conduct a minimum of 35 sales calls per week

• Establish working relationships with healthcare professionals and potential referral sources within a designated territory

• Identify new business opportunities and create and build proposals

• Manage sales accounts and meet financial targets related to sales and business development opportunities

• Participate in initiatives to enhance social media activity and effectiveness


Qualifications

• Familiarity with social media platforms

• Strong time management and planning skills

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

• Detail-oriented
Compensation: $1,400.00 - $2,100.00 per month
