Caregiver / CNA – Flexible PRN Shifts with Path to Full-Time

What we offer:
- $14.00 – $15.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Flexible PRN scheduling with potential to move into full-time hours
- Only 1 weekend per month required
- No cap on earning potential through consistent shifts and referral bonuses

Your day-to-day will include:
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and engaging conversation
- Assistance with ambulation, possible transfers, outings, shopping, and errands
- Following individualized care plans and charting
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a caring heart and reliable transportation (able to travel within the New Braunfels area)
- Has access to a mobile phone and internet
- Is available for 1 weekend shift per month
- Is dependable, compassionate, and excited to build lasting client relationships
